ΦΟΡΕΑΣ ΔΙΑΧΕΙΡΙΣΗΣ ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΟΥ ΠΑΡΚΟΥ «ΑΝΤΩΝΗΣ ΤΡΙΤΣΗΣ»
Το Μητροπολιτικό Πάρκο Περιβαλλοντικών και Εκπαιδευτικών Δραστηριοτήτων και Ανάπτυξης Κοινωνικής Οικονομίας «Αντώνης Τρίτσης» αποτελεί έναν ελεύθερο αστικό δημόσιο χώρο πρασίνου, ο οποίος βρίσκεται στην περιοχή των Δυτικών Προαστίων της Αθήνας. Σύμφωνα με τα δημογραφικά στοιχεία της ΕΛΣΤΑΤ στην περιοχή συγκεντρώνονται χρήσεις χαμηλής και μεσαίας κατοικίας κυρίως για εργατικά στρώματα, σε άναρχη μείξη μεταξύ τους. Επομένως, η ανάδειξη, ανάπτυξη αλλά και ενίσχυση του χώρου αυτού για μία βιώσιμη γειτονιά κι έπειτα πόλη αποτελεί επιτακτική ανάγκη για την συγκεκριμένη περιοχή. Την ίδια στιγμή, το Πάρκο αποτελεί έναν από τους μεγαλύτερους σε έκταση ελεύθερους χώρους πρασίνου στην Αττική. Πρόκειται για έναν ζωτικό, για την πόλη, χώρο 918,31 στρεμμάτων, τμήμα του οποίου έχει χαρακτηριστεί ως υγρότοπος κατηγορίας Β΄. Συγκαταλέγεται στους μεγαλύτερους οργανωμένους πνεύμονες πρασίνου εντός αστικού ιστού στην Ελλάδα και αποτελεί υπόλειμμα του παλαιότερου πευκοδάσους που ξεκινούσε από το Τατόι και έφτανε ως τα Τουρκοβούνια. Σημαντική είναι η συνεισφορά του χώρου στην αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου της αστικής νησίδας αλλά και στην σταθεροποίηση του μικροκλίματος της γύρω περιοχής και σε ένα ποσοστό και όλου του λεκανοπεδίου της Αττικής. Βελτιώνοντας, λοιπόν, τα επίπεδα από τα οποία αποτελείται -περιβάλλον, υποδομές, ενέργεια κ.ά.- μπορεί να επιτευχθεί εν μέρει η προστασία και η προσαρμογή στην κλιματική αλλαγή. Άλλωστε, η προσαρμογή στην κλιματική αλλαγή αποτελεί μείζον ζήτημα που απασχολεί την παγκόσμια κοινότητα. Το πολυδιάστατο αυτό Έργο Περιβαλλοντικής, Αισθητικής και Λειτουργικής Αναβάθμισης του Μητροπολιτικού Πάρκου «Αντώνης Τρίτσης», στοχεύει στην αντιμετώπιση των χρόνιων προβλημάτων του Πάρκου και την ανάδειξη του ίδιου αλλά και της γύρω περιοχής, καθώς το Πάρκο βρίσκεται σε μία συνεχή αλληλεπίδραση με το δομημένο περιβάλλον που το περικλείει. Με την υλοποίηση του Έργου, το Μητροπολιτικό Πάρκο «Αντώνης Τρίτσης» θα αποτελέσει πόλο έλξης επισκεπτών από τις γύρω περιοχές, και γενικά όλης της Αττικής, με σκοπό την δημιουργία ενός Πρότυπου Μητροπολιτικού Πάρκου. Η μελέτη για την «προμήθεια εξοπλισμού για την υλοποίηση της «έξυπνης” διαδρομής», η οποία έχει ως περιοχή μελέτης και εφαρμογής το Μητροπολιτικό Πάρκο Περιβαλλοντικών και Εκπαιδευτικών Δραστηριοτήτων και Ανάπτυξης Κοινωνικής Οικονομίας «Αντώνης Τρίτσης», αποτελεί μέρος του ευρύτερου έργου που αφορά την «Περιβαλλοντική, αισθητική και λειτουργική αναβάθμιση του Μητροπολιτικού Πάρκου “Αντώνης Τρίτσης”». Ταυτόχρονα, αποτελεί συμπληρωματική προμήθεια για την επίτευξη του ολοκληρωμένου χαρακτήρα της προτεινόμενης χωρικής στρατηγικής και του σχεδίου υλοποίησης αυτής που αφορά την παρέμβαση για την βιοκλιματική ανάπλαση τμήματος του κεντρικού άξονα κίνησης εντός του Πάρκου. Εντάσσεται στον Άξονα Προτεραιότητας 2: «Καινοτόμες Δράσεις – Έξυπνες Πόλεις στο Χρηματοδοτικό Πρόγραμμα «Φυσικό Περιβάλλον και Καινοτόμες Δράσεις 2020» του Πράσινου Ταμείου. Ειδικότερα, η παρούσα μελέτη αφορά την προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση όλου του απαραίτητου εξοπλισμού για την ολοκλήρωση μιας διαδραστικής διαδρομής, διαμορφωμένης με βιοκλιματικά υλικά, κατά μήκος της οποίας ορίζονται πέντε σημεία στάσης, «σημεία ενδιαφέροντος», με ενημερωτικό υλικό και χαρακτηριστικές λειτουργίες και δραστηριότητες. Κατά αυτόν τον τρόπο, η περιήγηση του επισκέπτη στον χώρο του Πάρκου βελτιώνεται, όπως και η επαφή και χρήση των νέων τεχνολογιών από τους πολίτες, μέσω των οποίων ευαισθητοποιούνται για το περιβάλλον, ενημερώνονται και επιμορφώνονται σε θέματα γύρω από την ιστορία, τον πολιτισμό, την οικολογία, την κυκλική οικονομία και την βιωσιμότητα. Τα ανωτέρω κατανέμονται σε τέσσερις (4) ομάδες ως εξής: • ΟΜΑΔΑ Α Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση «έξυπνου» αστικού εξοπλισμού και ειδικότερα «έξυπνων» καθιστικών (στην παρούσα θα αναγράφεται και ως «έξυπνο» παγκάκι) και μίας οθόνης LED εξωτερικού χώρου. Το καθιστικό θα έχει διττή λειτουργία, πέρα από την χρήση του για την ανάπαυση των επισκεπτών δύναται να ενσωματώνει τις νέες τεχνολογίες έτσι ώστε να προσφέρεται στον χρήστη μια σειρά καινοτόμων υπηρεσιών, οι οποίες θα προσφέρονται με φιλικό προς το περιβάλλον τρόπο. Ειδικότερα, το καθιστικό θα είναι ενεργειακά αυτόνομο, θα διαθέτει φωτοβολταϊκά στοιχεία για την εξυπηρέτηση των προσφερόμενων υπηρεσιών και για την εγκατάστασή του δεν απαιτείται η διασύνδεση στο ηλεκτρικό δίκτυο (off grid). Οι υπηρεσίες /λειτουργίες που θα προσφέρει θα είναι οι ακόλουθες: Φόρτιση κινητών συσκευών είτε με ενσύρματο είτε με ασύρματο τρόπο, Φωτισμός περιβάλλοντος LED, ο οποίος θα ενεργοποιείται όταν η φωτεινότητα είναι χαμηλή. Από την άλλη πλευρά, η οθόνη LED εξωτερικού χώρου θα χρησιμεύσει για την ενημέρωση και πληροφόρηση των επισκεπτών, όπως και για την προβολή σημαντικών /επειγόντων ανακοινώσεων αλλά και την προβολή παρουσιάσεων σχετικές με τον περιβαλλοντικό χαρακτήρα του Πάρκου, τον πολιτισμό και την ιστορία του χώρου. • ΟΜΑΔΑ Β Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση δικτύου οπτικών ινών. Συγκεκριμένα, αφορά προμήθεια των οπτικών ινών, του κατάλληλου εξοπλισμού για την δημιουργία δικτύου και ανάπτυξη υποδομών δικτύου Wi-Fi , κατά μήκος του κεντρικού άξονα κυκλοφορίας που δημιουργήθηκε με το έργο «Βιοκλιματική ανάπλαση “έξυπνης” διαδρομής». • ΟΜΑΔΑ Γ Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση εξοπλισμού στα διαμορφωμένα πέντε «σημεία ενδιαφέροντος». • ΟΜΑΔΑ Δ Δημιουργία υποδομών πολυμέσων διαδραστικής διαδρομής και συστήματος περιήγησης μέσω ψηφιακής εφαρμογής (mobile application).

Smart Water Management
• Implement local Coverage of Fixed Wireless System based on Sigfox macro BSs • Digitalization of Water Distribution Network using Geo Radar – Confirming or Updating older maps of the network, Creating a Digital representation of the Water distribution network for modelling purposes. • Network distribution Modelling – The network includes more than 1000 water consumer homes • Develop and commission of Water measurement Analysis Software System – Monitor Water Consumption and Detect Leakages using record data with relevant data and mathematical model scenarios. • Installing Flow and Pressure Sensors and meters to monitor specific points of the distribution network. Prevent and amend leakages by creating the basis of distribution network zones. • Install Ultrasonic Water Meters with embedded Sigfox Communication modules and integrate their measurement in the Advanced Metering Software provided. • Integrate and provide access to Mathematical Models Software The project is going to run for up to 2 years for analyzing Network distribution data and Consumption trends. Conclusions derived from this pilot application would assist in scaling up the measurements points gathered in order to create an effective system for managing Water Resources in the community and driving operating costs down.

HUAWEI & NOVA-WIND PRESENT AN INNOVATIVE FIRE DETECTION PILOT SOLUTION USING 5G, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DRONE TECHNOLOGY
[Athens, June 30, 2022] - Huawei and Nova - Wind presented a pilot technological solution for detecting forest fires in Greece, for the first time on Wednesday, June 29th, at the Sigrou Forest. The project is using technology based on 5G, as well as algorithms, AI and drone robotics. The fire detection program uses an early warning system for the identification of extreme events, like fires, using sensors and drones to address the problem bringing severe social, environmental and economic impact. The Sensors which are installed in strategic points in the park, interconnects with the incident management platform and the drone. The drone operates scheduled surveillance flights as well as emergency flights in case of the sensor indications. To detect smoke or fire, specific algorithms are used that analyze the image and send data to the Control Center indicating points of interest. In case of an emergency, the drone detects smoke or fire through the camera, and it sends an alert to the control center, and the drone, immediately rushes to where the smoke was detected to confirm the incident. Then the drone either returns to its base or records the progression of the fire. The result is the immediate identification of the starting point of the fire, real-time monitoring of remote areas, early visual detection of smoke and fire, and in result protection of human life. Through the Elevate Greece program, which is an initiative of the Ministry of Development and Investment, Elevate Greece, intended to identify promising startups and support their growth, Huawei teamed up with PROBOTEK and took over financing of the pilot project. In this project, Nova-Wind is the telecommunications provider of connectivity coverage, and the startup company PROBOTEK offers a solution to the early detection system. The launch event was attended, among others, by Georgios Georgantas, Minister for Rural Development and Food, Christos Dimas, Deputy Minister for Research and Technology, Ministry of Development and Investment, George Marios Karagiannis, Deputy Secretary-General of Civil Protection, Radoslaw Kedzia, Vice President of Huawei CEE & Nordic Region, Nikolaos Lazaris, Managing Director Huawei Greece, Panagiotis Georgiopoulos, CEO of Nova-Wind, Georgios Delaportas, CEO/CIO of PROBOTEK, Georgios Tsaprounis, Corporate modelling rate at Nova-Wind, as well as Dionisis Aug. Kyriakopoulos, President of Institute of Agronomic Sciences. In his welcome speech, the Minister for Rural Development and Food, Georgios Georgantas underlined: "It is an important project for our country, which, at pilot level, is implementing possibilities of new technologies in order to protect the environment, and in particular, to protect our national heritage. In order to save it we must protect the natural environment – the fauna and flora of our country. In these efforts, cutting-edge technologies have a significant role, as their contribution, not only for forest protection, but in general for tackling the climate crisis, can be crucial. This is an early warning and identification system of extreme events such as fires, which using sensors and drones is expected to help address phenomena with social, environmental and economic impacts. Dionisis Kyriakopoulos, President of the Institute of Agronomic Sciences said: "The Institute of Agronomic Sciences manages the Syggrou Forest, which is one of the few green forests of the Attica region. It covers about 950 acres, being the only remaining natural forest of the wider region and the entire Attica. It has been identified as a landscape of particular natural beauty (GG 968/1991), as well as the detection site of archaeological findings, while being an area with a free access to the public. Having a 750 pine forest area, one of our main axes is the prevention of fires, which have affecting the country strongly in the recent years. In this context, and in addition to the other preventive measures we take each summer, we were delighted to work with Huawei, Nova-Wind and PROBOTEK to carry out a pilot fire detection project in our area, using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and drone technology, performed for the first time in Greece. We hope that this pilot project will be another important fire prevention tool after its completion." ALPHALIFE
AlphaLife Insurance Company S.A., an Alpha Bank Group Companybased in Greece, is a new, rapidly growing insurance company specializing in savings and pension plans. AlphaLife promotes its products exclusively via the 600 branch office network of the Alpha Bank, one of the largest banks in Greece. AlphaLife uses LINSYS (from SIS) as its core back-end solution to manage its term-life products, but needed a way to provide the Alpha Bank branch offices and HQ with browser access. With technical support from LANSA business partner Mercon, the solution was web enabled using LANSA’s aXes modernization product. The Challenge Alpha Life and the Alpha Bank wanted a back office insurance solution that could be accessed from the bank’s front office branch network to enter and maintain insurance proposals, issue policies and follow the life cycle of policies. Robustness and ease of installation and maintenance were major criteria, as the solution had to be rolled out to a few thousand point of sales PCs at the bank’s 600 branch offices in Greece. The Solution Through an international competition of bids, AlphaLIfe selected the LINSYS system from SIS. LINSYS is a total solution for Life and Non-Life insurance companies. SIS decided to work along with Mercon and, using aXes, together modernize and web-enable the LINSYS insurance solution. Mercon passed the necessary skills to SIS and provided the technical support for the project. Using aXes, thousands of PCs at AlphaBank’s 600 branch offices and HQ now have browser access to Linsys back office functionality.
